Is there something in your life that you consider out of balance? Something, that if you could just make it a bit more of a priority, or change just a bit, would improve the quality of your life.

Did you know that just one area of your life being absent, or not being fulfilled as it should, can have a dramatic impact of other areas. An easy way to look at how balance in one area can impact another is look at your fitness routine. You can work out at the gym 5 or 6 days a week and if your nutritional plan is not supporting or in line with your fitness goals, then your effort in the gym is critically diminished.

There are ten (10) key areas of our lives that make up an overall lifestyle which we live. We have created the Balance10 contest to assist anyone interested in improving their live by making simple adjustments in one or all of these areas.
